The concept of Agritourism South Africa (NPO 175 957) is the creation of a Sustainable Information Hub highlighting tourism farm experiences across the country, thereby allowing tourists (local and foreign) to incorporate visits to farms as part of their travel plans.

CLIMATE CHANGE AND ITS EFFECT ON AGRICULTURE - serious reading

This Report (scientific research) comes from CSIR and is one of several reports this year about the differences climate change is going to have on Agriculture in South Africa.

This is one of the main reasons why Agritourism is going to become increasingly important in helping the farm earn additional income and in assisting in diversification.
